Do any of you know if the Evlution 2 is a good hopper or is it as bad as the first evlution?

I have the Evlution 2, X-Board Revy, and Halo B.
Click here to see how they compare in a drop test.
Based on performance AND looks, I would rate it:
1. Halo B
2. Evlution 2 (VERY close to 1st place)
3. X-Board Revy
NO JAMS on the Evultion so far. Although very rare, I've had more problems with my Halo B as far as the Halo not sensing the paint moving (All-Stars).
I honestly think for the price (~$60 cheaper than a Halo B), the Evlution kicks butt in performance, speed, and continuous feeding (no gaps like the X-revy).
Good luck and let us know if you actually get to use one. People who have never used the product like to dish out negative comments on the evlution 2, just because of where it came from (BE)...
oh well... stay open minded and you'll enjoy a great product.

Not to gripe, but I handled one at IAO. How are you supposed to reload it. The lid snaps shut from that spring when you open it.Comment

the only problem i see with it is the weight distribution.
how does it feel on a gun with full paint?

Here is a pic of the setup from the IAO. I asked the guy how it compared to the Halo B in performance, and he said it was the fastest loader out there. I asked him if he had proof, he dident have any. He just kept saying "look at this" and make the display work.

The lid opens MUCH wider than pictured. When fully opened, the mouth is about 50% larger than the standard Revy that you're so used to. You can easily shove the end of the tube inside the hopper. You will refill faster and spill less with this new design.Originally posted by RetroEclipseMan
