Wow!.... well this puts the SCA (Society for Creative Autists) ppl one notch higher on the list now that this group has tunnled themselves down under the barrel-o-shame. Atleast SCA ppl are reflecting onto history not LARPing (Live action Role Playing) D&D

This is why I dislike LARP'ers they give the rest of us RPG players a bad name. LARP'ers are on par with idiots that shoot ppl/streetsigns with their paintball gun in my book.

haha. that's all D&D right there. how much geekier can you get? you hear them casting spells? "LIGHTNING BOLT!" "SLEEP!" i've always been interested in role playing games. this is why i never actually got involved in them.

Sorry, that's NOT D&D

D&D is a table-top RPG game. You play it with pencil and paper and dice. You do NOT dress up and go out into the woods, that isn't part of the game.

That was LARPing, and it may be based off D&D sometimes, but it isn't the same.

I've been into RPG's for years, but I will NEVER understand LARPing. That just seems like the final step, beyond which there is no return.

SCA is almost as bad

SCA is The Society for Creative Anachronism. They are sorta like the civil war re-enactors down south, except less mullets and more lack-of-contact with the opposite sex.

I participated in a larp of vampire once. I dunno, some pretty hot chicks dressed up as vampires


although I think this is taking it to the extreme.

this reminded me of when i was younger and me and a friend would have pertend sword fights with sticks. it usally ended up 2 kids beating the tar out of each other with sticks but thats what this reminds me of
