JT
I love my JT's way more than my Dye's. The JT's get alot more bounces too. I played with the JT's on rubber concrete(whatever tennis courts are made of) and slid on the knees and stuff, and they didnt even rip or anything. They are my favorite pair of paints.

i absolutely love my jt tourney pants. i like them a lot more than my old dye core pants. the only drawback is that they have a reputation of ripping, mine havent ripped yet, but i have seen many that haveArggggh

i like my JT pants, i play a lot of scenarios so they've been thru mud, rain, hell and back, and just recently one of them ripped in the knee, but they're double layerd, and only the top layer ripped.

I have yet to purchase a DYE clothing product that didn't come apart after a few uses. In this case, the pants are more padded on your tailbone, but bounces are equal depending more on what u wear underneath IMO. I am actually using the JT pants that zip at the knee for convenience sake. Especially if you play somewhere hot like I do (SCV in Corona Ca) nothing feels better than zipping off the lower half of the pants and getting those pads off while pouring water down your shins.
Plus it's cheaper to replace the lower halves instead of the whole pair when you slide the knees/shins away.
And come on, man, JT's are just as baggy if not more than DYEs, unless you mean the old tapered ones you could get back 3 years ago.

Try the off brand?
http://www.nexed.com Nexed pants are suprisingly durable and light. Not to meniton it's different than JT and DYE. I've got eh Pro (pod pockets on the side) and the Driven, and I like 'em for hard play. About the same price as the JT's and DYE too.

i bought a pare of DYE's and haven't had a problem with them. I always dive or slide into bunker up front and i havent had a problem with them ripping. I would say they are a good pair of pants. Plus i like the DYE styling better then the JT's but thats just personal preferance.WANTED

I tried them both. The Dye pants are lighter but provide less padding. The JT are way more padded everywhere, and fell heavy compared to the Dye. You might get more bounce with the JT but be prepared to sweat in during a hot warm/humid.
My JT ripped at the waist strap, I had to repair them because they aren't under any warranty. They are also starting to rip on the mesh section behind. I'll probably buy the Dye after these get totally wasted.

Stop the Idiocy without testing the product fully.
I'm gonna assume that those arguing the JT pants are better don't use them to their full ability. BlackCell had the JT 03 Pants for the last 8-9 months, playing at Practice, GPL League, IAO, and various other evevnts.
~The JT pants did not hold up past 5months of intense play.
-The Re-Inforced knees ripped apart, the belt straps
along with the ankle tighteners broke. Threads started
coming undone... JT logo patches came off....
~We recently got the Dye 03 pants through sponsorship and I have seen less wear in the knees than the JT's had after the same amt. of use. The velcro strips are better than just cheap plastic buckle/strap things, and the Dye logo is part of the fabric, instead of cheap plastic patches that unthread off.
Overall, the Dye's are the better pants, but I have also heard great things about the Nexed.
