They ripped me off
I had an order for 2 freak jewels and I got JIPPED!
It all started by me e-mailing them asking if I could do a MO.. They said yes, and sent me their adress, and how much to include.. BTW the capitolization and punctuation was horrible if anyone wants to know.
I then waited a long time (because on their website it said they were gone to world cup so I decided to cut them some slack) I e-mail them like this:
Hey, I'm wondering. I knew you went to world cup but that was a while ago, and you should have recieved my payment before it..
I'm just kind of wondering if you have shipped them, or even made my jewels yet.
I ordered two freak jewels that said 'Evil Inside' written in green on a black background.

I then waited a long time AGAIN.. PO'ed with no reply, I responded..
Hello?
I have not gotten any word back from you and I am getting aggervated. I
still have not recieved the jewels.

They responded:

we are no longer working on jewels
and that order was hip out twice



HONESTALLY people, this isnt a good company, and while I was waiting for this all I kept checking their website and it was down..
It is now up again with the message:

WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW ORDERS TILL MID JANUARY, WE HAVE A LOT OF ORDERS FROM COMPANIES AND STORES FOR UP COMING PRODUCTS FOR THE 2003 SEASON

IF YOU ARE IN A REAL HURRY AND YOU HAVE YOUR LOGO OR IMAGE EMAIL US AND WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU OUT .

So when it is 'mid january' and they are accepting orders, please save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else, IE Frymark Design

Only 10 bucks, I'm not too worried, but they should be better about this, you cant go around stealing peoples money..
Atleast I diddnt order like 20 bucks worth..

I should send them one more e-mail and see if anything happens..
BTW for anyone wanting to know how long it took, here are the dates on the e-mails.
MY first e-mail to them was on
10/08/02.
Their reply with their address was recieved on
10/08/02.
Then I waited until 11/10/02 and sent the message asking where my jewels were. He replied on 11/14/02.
I waited until 11/28/02 and asked him where the jewels were again, and he replied 11/29/02 stating that they were no longer making jewels..
I wouldnt reccommend them when they start up again.. I think Sam (SHartley) is also doing jewels, contact him as well.

I, well actually my brother also had a bad experience with the company. He ordered a custom jewel for his Impulse, they said they had it ready. He gave them the credit card info and asked them to ship it. A week rolls by, no charge to the card, no jewel. We contact them again. The apoligize and offer to ship it 2nd day, so he could have it when he wanted. No dice.
That was back in early October, and he still doesn't have it.

Well one last e-mail won't cut it, make them feel bad for stealing your money caus i'm sure they enjoyed spending it, bug them as much as you can, scream/shout/hissy fit,,lol do whatever to get your jewels bro, its not losing the ten bucks, its that fact that they stole it off you and since you made a big issue out of it they will think twice on ripping someone else off again, they deserve a stingy finger bang
