How do you polish a p/f Classic body to a mirror shine?

I love the way that the polished stainless steel bodies look! I do not have the money to buy one. How would I go about polishing my P/F Classic body?
    Peace

if you have the sand-blasted one you r out of luck, i made an eagle in metalshop, and sandbalsted it, it is that grayish color, and nothin' works, but if you find somthin let me know.

Sand it, you can do it by hand. Go from a high grit sand paper to a low one, then polish it with mothers mag polish. Use the search button. There are tons of threads on this that give exact details.

marely: it is from a low to a high hehe. If you stater at 2k grit and finished at 80grit it would be the opposite of mirror hehe.

I have a bead blasted mag body.
                I started with a 300 grit.
                Next was a 600 grit.
Next was a buff with a crome polish.

                total hours = about 4

My finished automag body is shinier than my stock polished emag body.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
