Okay I have read the post where he stated he was having issues ... but then I was under the understanding that he was beyond those issues ...

Either way, I paid him $5.00 for a pump-rod ... was contacted in PM that it was shipped on the 28th of March ... I have yet to receive the rod ...

I would have been fine with a PM stateing that he ran into trouble or had a set-back that kept him from shipping, but he did specifically state that he shipped the rod ...

Here is what I posted in my feedback thread (link below) regarding the matter. He has the dubious honor of being the only person without good remarks that I've traded online with.

Personally, and this is just my opinion to which I have no proof other then the discrepancies and controdictions in the pump-rod thread, but I think he is a liar and there were no family *emergencies*, just excuses intended to pull on peoples heart strings.

SilverFox seems to have problems being truthful. I doubt we see him around the boards trading anymore. Lost money on the pump rod scam.

Full Name
Address
Business Address (probably same as home)
and any other contact info, please forward to me.

I plan on reporting his business activities to his state of residence, and let them check him out. Since all of these transactions were done under the guise of his business this is now more then just a person to person sale, this is both a legal business transaction which could include mail fraud charges.

I never got my rod. But I did get my refund. I emailed him one month to the day after I sent paypal payment. I got my refund the very next day. If his wife was having the problems he said, I hope she is now feeling better.

I had used Paypal and I challenged the transaction through them ... got the word last night that I will be getting my money back.

Either way I would recommend that everyone avoid this person and his shady business practices.

I too ordered on from him and have not recieved word nor rod. I will probably let it go but he does not respond to email about it.

BradAGD makes them so I suggest you go to him. Same price I think. He is trustworthy and good airsmith. I didn't know he made them until after I had paid this one. I regret not knowing that.

I did get my two rods from BradAGD ... have yet to try them out yet, still need a couple parts ... but they were shipped nicely and looked to be in great shape.

Although my pump-action is now a little stiffer then it was without the rod ... assuming that this is now part of the normal action of it pushing back the bolt.

I sent him my 68 Automag and pump kit over a month ago to have the body and rail work done and get the kit installed, and payed the day I shipped it. I have had one response to my emails stating the marker would arrive by the 12th, which didn't happen. I hadn't been on AO in awhile to realise others were having ongoing problems. I am giving him a bit longer before taking any action neccessary. I'm getting very anxious about this whole deal, I hope he comes through. If he is having problems getting work out the door, he needs to let us know, and quit taking orders until he gets things straightened out, IMO.

ok guys first off i understand about being mad that a deal fell through and you got ripped, hell i am sure that just about everyone on this forum at some point was ripped off of something but this guy has had some bad things happen to him, if what he has said is true give him a break, its not like you paid a whole hell of alot of money for the pump rods, there are alot of people who have said they have gotten theirs and there are an equal number of people who have said that they have not gotten theirs. as far as i am concerned you may have already received your pump rods and just want to give the guy a hard time, the problem with this world is that no one trusts one another, show some faith and give the guy a chance, i have done bussiness with this guy and everything worked out just fine. thats all i have to say........about that, later

well, in response to the above i dont buy it. tell it to the guy who is out an automag. personally im out 25 bucks, not the end of the world.

its not like you paid a whole hell of alot of money for the pump rods

i dont give a damn if its a dollar or a thousand. the point is its stealing. i dont know what situation has created his inability to at least contact anyone. i will say this, go to his webpage listed at the bottom of his sig. then click on his ebay history. looks like he has purchased a few things since this saga. with other peoples money no doubt....

once again, until proven otherwise i have nothing good to say about this guy.
