AO South 2 "Pre" Plans Friday night?

Awright, not wanting to clutter the thread more than it is, and also to keep this a seperate topic until such time as a decision is made....

What is everyone's plan concerning the possibility of a Friday night get together?

I am trying to decide whether I want to come up, get a room or tent and make plans for a little pre party on Halloween night, or just "try" to get up early and make it up Saturday morning.

Of those coming, what are you going to try to do? Is there any intrest in getting together beforehand?

If we were going to try and do something similar to last year and hang out at the local pub, is this close enough to the motels that no driving will be neccessary?
Does anyone have any intrest in pitching a tent, getting a bonfire going and hanging out on site?

Thoughts, suggestions welcome!!!!!

To answer a coupla questions here:

No, the pub is not that close to the Hotels/Motels. So, some driving would be required. Or a designated driver. Georgia STRONGLY looks down on DUI/DWI. I cannot stress this fact enough.

Talked with my partners and they seem to like the idea of a campfire at the field on friday night. It is out in the middle of nowhere and would bother nobody at all. Tents would be OK along with Adult beverages that night. Altho, no Adult beverages can be consumed on Saturday at the field. Porta Potty on premises, but no running water. If you want to come on out to the field on Friday, then this is OK. I just ask that you pitch tents in a manner to allow other to come in the next day, dont block the driveway. And, clean up you mess. Children are so messy.
