Does the leak go away when you hold down the trigger? If so, go down a carrier size in your lvl 10. If it keeps leaking then you have a on/off problem. Replace the larger of the 2 top orings, then the smaller one if it keeps leaking.

My bad i should of specified, the one with the issues is w/o the lv10. ANS PhaseII and a classic valve.

Make sure there is a credit card size gap between the back of the trigger and the trigger rod...

Again. Does it leak when you hold the trigger?

          If not...

Replace the oring in the PT. If that doesn't fix it, you might need to get a PT spacer kit.

Try pushing some oil through it first.

-Trigger pin moves when aired up.leak's from barrel when aired up. not when trigger is pulled.

-I think the problem might be in the on/off.. When i compared the working on/off to the problematic one, the problem one was missing the little brass metal piece in between the on/offs Teflon o ring's.

-When working on/off was assembled in the problem child it was still leaking from barrel.

This is a problem in the powertube. Replace the powertube oring first. Then if it is still leaking, use a shorter powertube spacer.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I just had a problem like this today. I was playing for about 2 hours when my gun would stop shooting. It would have pressure on the pin, but pulling the trigger would do nothing. I could fix it temporarily by turning the air on and off, but the problem continued through the day.

My setup is with an Xvalve and RT on/off, it didnt leak at all.

This sounds like level 10 bolt stick.
