DFW AO Meet & Greet

yea, a set date and field need to be up first.... not everyone is gona be able to make it, so i may go ahead and pick the date if someone else wants to catch me on aim that lives in the area and tell me what field is the best. ill head up the date/time place if no one else will, but lets do it and not wait to late to decide like last time.

im willing to email the field and tell them...or someone that knows them can talk, but catch me on aim anytime im on and lets get this thing SET. and then promote it--meaning putting it in your "agg sig" on PBN (or wherever) and a link to the thread with all the info!!!

after i talk to someone who lives in DFW (someone IM me!) i will talk to the field by phone/email, and let them know, then i will make a new thread with who all is "intrested" or thinks they are going, along with the time/field/date obviously. i will also talk to them about a group discount like at petty's for those who went.

im willing to take charge, unless someone else wants to...

So that everyone knows. The main fields around DFW (at least that i play at) are, Fun on the Run Paintball, Hit and Run Paintball, Xdrenaline Zone, DFW adventure Park, and for indoor there is Gatsplat.

My vote goes for either Hit and Run (plenty of woodsball, 2-3 air/speed ball fields, and a western town), or Xdrenaline ( decent woodsball, real nice airball fields, and an awesome view). If we decide to go with Hit and Run then I can organize everything involving the field.

ATTN DFW area!!!
im going to play saturday with a band of guys that play mostly scenarios and rec play.

It is kinda renegade ball but we crono and wear mask on the field and all that good stuff.

They recently moved the field to euless off of trinity blvd ... check out the saturdaymorningshoot and mad ivan scenarios yahoo groups if your interested ... or just pm me and i can send you my phone number and an email with more info ...

or you can call mad ivan (ivan stober)... just google it he has a web site ... especially if you want to buy paint... if you tell him it's your first time he usually tries and get out there earlier to meet you great all round guy.

Ivan usually has air and C02 and paint ... again call ivan for prices ...

There is no fee but ... always tip the ref something ... these guys volunteer to ref and kinda host the games ... but that's up to you.

I'm somewhat interested. I'll be unavailable the majority of the summer but if it's planned as late as August or September I could definitly make it, since school will have started up again by then. Also, the later it is the better because its still rediculously hot in August and September.
