... At least, not yet.
Yes, I'm grumpy, fed up, sick of it all and generally pissed off at the moment, But for the time being, I have no plans to leave, either the store or the sport. Cut down, yes, dabble in other things, almost certainly. But my Gear Store is still open, and I'm working on new products even now.
Thank you all for your kind words and support. I really had no idea my little rant would get the attention and response it did.
However, in the other thread, someone posted another of my sticking points- some of you haven't gotten your 15-degree ASAs (or a refund, in some cases.) I was planning on making an announcement anyway, so here it is.
Oddly enough, just today (Thursday) I finally got in a boxful of black-annoed 15-degree ASAs. The company that made them for me was supposed to have drop-shipped them, as they were going to start carrying some of my products, making, selling and shipping direct from their location. I had more than a few ASA orders they were supposed to have covered directly- I forwarded the info to them, they were supposed to take care of it, I didn't have to worry about it afterward.
I didn't even know anything was wrong until I started getting "where's my part?" messages, and eventually found out the shop was... well, not exactly on the ball, so to speak.
I made up more on my own to fill some orders, refunded others. But I believe there's still a few that haven't gotten either. If you're one of them, please drop me an E-mail (doc at docsmachine dot com, of course) with "mag asa" or "15 degree asa" in the subject line, and any relevant info I'd need (name, mailing address, whether you want the ASA or a refund, and how much, etc.)
I'll be checking records, so no free goodies for you clever guys.
The rest will go in the store. No more waiting!
Again, thank you for all the responses. For those worried, I don't plan on stopping TWB anytime soon.
That's still one thing I enjoy (probably because it's not a "job", yet...) I don't know what I'll do with it if I do decide to leave the sport entirely... maybe the crew would go do something else along with me. I don't know. But for the time being, they're here to stay, and thanks for reading!
Doc.

Hope you don't quit paintball completely if you find a job.

You truely are an artist!

). I still shoot a mech Mag to this day - in fact, I still have that very same 10 year old Mag valve, original o-rings and all, and it works beautifully.
