Thanks too AO members .... Old school build

A piece here, odd part there helped me to create my first truly "Old School" AGD semi built from parts !!

Classic SS power feed R body ...
Classic valve with 32* venturi bolt & foamee ...
Chrome DYE frame with fatty trigger ...
ACI expansion chamber & hose kit ...
    Twisted drop ...
A old splash ano aluminum barrel ...

    * Most of parts used were either NIP or like new when found within F/S threads here on AO or MCB

I finally understand why so many still LOVE these mechanical AGD markers so much

    Thanks,
    Scott

I'd replace the venturi with a stock level 7, once the foamie falls out the venturi cracks paint and you break it in the barrel a lot.

Tricks or too do's using this bolt ?

** Or, is the Venturi bolt just a bad product ?

I didn't like it and wouldn't reccomend it, but if it works for you then it's all good. Also, i would edit your post and put crap instead so you don't get banned, they've been less lenient lately.

Of all the level 7 bolts Ive found that the old style foamy bolts to about the softest on paint

After some testing with fragile paint ( All stars ) have found the 32* venturi bolt operates just fine with an UPDATED foamee bumper.

Using a 5/16" hole punch, made these from an old 7mm wet suit. Glued to face of bolt using some Flex CA glue.
