Custom grips made for your marker

Okey-Dokey. After a lot of interest, I'm going to start doing custom grips.

These will be utterly unique made just for your marker. Here are some of the ones that I have done in the past for an idea on what is possible. These grips are made from polyester resin, and should shrug off anything you can throw at them without staining. Each grip will be made expressly for you at the time of order, and will be absolutely unique.

E-mag grips single solid color $40.00 shipped. Each additional color swirl add $5.00 (3 colors max). Pearl add $5.00. Metallic finishes (gold leaf, silver leaf, copper leaf, brass leaf) add $5.00. Embedded image add $10.00. E-mag grips are by far the most difficult to create, hence the higher price.

do you do clear? how clear is it?

I can. It's pretty darned clear. One of the advantages of polyester is that it is as clear as glass. That sounds REALLY clear until you realize that glass has a slight green tint - which polyester resin shares. On material as thin as the grips I'm making though, it's practically transparent.




Also, transparent grips would require additional finishing as you would need to polish the back of the grip as well as the face. I'll have to do a set to see how long it takes so I can have a good idea of how much more I'll have to charge for the service. As you can see from this grip, the surfacing on the back required to make a good fit to the gun shows up pretty clearly.

Is it possible to imbed images into 45 grips or is that not possible? I would be greatly interested in something like that.

Yes, it's absolutly possible to embed images in 45 grips. I'm getting ready to do a short run for members of another forum that way.

i was thinking z-grip panels, or any vert frames (like angel frames).

I do not have angel frame molds, but I thought that z-grips took a standard 45 grip.

that is so cool....can you do grips for aka viking frame? i have black dye/gold dye emblem on there now....your grips done in black/w gold lettering top to bottom "thegrayghost"....ball park price area.....
