Please explain hybrid mode to me, especially how you're still able to bounce a mag in hybrid mode and how it affects the solenoid so that you still feel the RT effect?

I'll try to explain...
When you use the selector switch to choose between "M" or "E", it is essentially limiting the travel length of the trigger.
In "E" mode, the trigger will move enough to trip the HES but not enough so that the trigger rod from the sear will not have contact w/ the trigger.
In "M" mode (considered to be Hybrid when powered), the trigger has full length of travel. In hybrid mode, the HES will still actuate the solenoid->sear but since you have now pulled the trigger back further, the trigger rod will reset your trigger.
Where does RT fit into this? The trigger pull length to trip the HES is very short compared to the pull length required in mechanical mode. Combine this short pull with the return force of the sear and you have a good time on your hands
If you can test fire an E-Mag, it will all be clearer.
Fire it in mech mode while turned off to get a feel for it..
Then power it on and switch to E mode and fire off a few rounds.
Then switch to M for hybrid mode and start giggling

Makes perfect sense thanks, I was basically trying to understand how "E" mode stops the sear from working on the trigger, you just explained why. [EDIT] So, the trigger travel limiter is also the reason why the e-mag sear has two arms. One for "E" mode, one for "M" mode and both for hybrid. Cool, got it.
