    Dremal milling

This is how i did most of the work on this rail. I also used other tools but i wont recomend anyone else use a table saw the way i do. I only cut the angle along the length with it. It started at 4.6 oz and now its 1.55 oz

Using a router attachment and different bur bits up to 3/8" in size, clamp the item you want to work on in between two pieces of plywood and hope your hand is very steady. Remember you can not add material back on. do all major removal before shaping it.(KEEP IT LUBED WITH LOTS OF WD40)

I used the same method to side mill a MPA3 ram(LOTS OF WD40)

This is the jig i made for the saw cuts on the table saw. Notice one side is wider than the other. I screw the rail to the plywood for stability and to keep my hands totally away from the blade. I used WD40 and went nice and slow.

      THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS

I have a router attachment. Never really liked it on walnut. This might be entertaining, at the right distance. I need to look into new bearings for my dremel anyway.
