AONE 5 is ON!
thats right. a date is finally set for AONE 5 and prices have been figgered out and such.
Date will be April 24th, 2004. It is being held at cape cod paintball in bourne MA.

If anyone needs anything to be brought for them to the event, such as a ule body, grip, any AGD product, PM Tobe2be. he will be talking with tuna, and will bring whatever products you may need, up for the event

I just talked to Ken from CCPB, as luck would have it, John is in a meeting all day long. We are all set for next weekend (have to check on these things ya know
). The price for AOers to play for the day is going to stay at $20, same as the pre-reg. Bonus for those of you who didnt pre-reg, as I just checked the site, and the normal field feels and all day air would be $30.
Paint, is $65 right now. Ken is going to talk to John and see if they are going to drop Prices on paint. Field Paint Only!
I hope to see all of you that said you could make it there next weekend. It will be a great day of ballin.

Just an update for the Event. We will be meeting at IHOP at 8am for breakfast. This should give everyone time to eat and sort of digest before the field opens at 10am. After the Event, we will be having a dinner, restraunt has not been chosen yet.
Also, There will be punch and pie. that is all.

I spoke to Jon (AGDJon) about coming to this event. He said, that unfortunately, it does not look like he may make it out. I talked to him about toms attendance, and heres the deal. We have to get at LEAST 100 PRE REGISTRATIONS for Tom to consider. The reason that Tom comes out to the events, is because there is a show of support for him to be there. he showed up at AONorCal because they had 100 people show up for their event. SO, if you want a chance to play ball with Tom, PRE REGISTER. PM me for the details on pre-reg. Bring your friends, Bring your friends friends, hell, even bring your grandmother.

Here is the low down.
There is a pre-reg for this event. Its non-refundable. $20, covers field fees and all day air ($25, day
of). Paint is $65/case, and is usually excellent paint. Field Paint Only. Those of you who have been to
CCPB, know what the fields are like, those of you that haven't, heres a rundown on what they have for
fields:
2 airball
3 hyperball
1 barrels field
1 "fort" field
1 spools field
and the "satellite/fort" field
the field alltogether is very decently sized, and the staff is great.
for those of you who are curious, heres the status on jon and toms attendance: no commitment yet, BUT,
please do not let that discourage you from coming up. Tom did suprise the socal/norcal guys by just
showing up to their event, maybe, if we get the pre-reg numbers up, he can do the same for us. so, guys
and gals, this is what I want to do. EVERYONE pre-reg for this. I Want to see an outpouring of support
to have tom and jon come out and play some ball with us. I had the pleasure of getting in a few games
with both of them at the MegaMeet in PA, and it was great. I want everyone else to enjoy the same.
The more of us that pre-reg, the better our chances are of getting these guys out here. now, to the
special invites
if we cant have the MOST special of special guests *cough*tomandjon*cough*, might as well have other SPECIAL special guests.
potatoboy - remember the foregrip extended I gave you at the megameet? yea, its time for you to pay back that favor.

this event is pre-reg. we want tom and jon to show up for this, and in order for jon to get a general idea of whos coming, he will need to see that people are pre-registering for this. i understand their outlook on this, whereas they dont want to come out here for a day of play with like 5 people. so, pre-reg, its only $20. pre-reg can be sent to me for now. I will be talking to dansim to see whether he will want to accept pre-regs also. money order/cashiers check is the prefered method of payment. due to the silly little paypal fees, paypal is not accepted. Money Orders/Cashiers checks are to be made out to Cape Cod Paintball. Any questions, ask me.
