Nice Y-G, Rook, and Novice tourney series in VA

The first tourney is Feb 21, it is just a practice tourney more or less. It only has Rook and Y-G division, but the series will start in March and will have all three divisions.

Where is PBAuthority? Maybe they mentioned it in their site, I'll look more carefully later. Sounds like Rookie is only 3-man, right?
