    HALO and Emag

Will the Emag power the HALO hopper?

You dont want to do that. Not enough mAh in the emag battery to wack the HALO motor hard enough.

It needs about 1200mAh to run properly.

How much wood could a Woodchuck chuck, if a Woodchuck could chuck wood?

A woodchuck would chuck all the wood that a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

                LOL

Wait a second here. Halo runs on 6 AA. They are in series, no? That gives 9v out (1.5 v each). Does halo have some sort or regulated power supply in it? If not, wouldn't adding a zener network in it to drop it to 9v and feeding it off the emag battery (18v, right) draw the same current? Or are you just saying that to run the halo, you would drain your emag battery really fast? Don't really see why you don't 'wack the halo motor hard enough'.
Got me wondering also on how many amps the warp eats also.

By my calculations the HALO would run for about 15minutes or 30 minutes and then die..

This doesn't include operating the emag internals

A 9v doesn't give out as much MaH as 6 AA batteries do. It needs that continuous power.
