    I Am A Blender

Saturday I went to play some paintball with my friends, and long story short I had the worst day possible for chopping. I had a great time except that I was a blender. I think i might have been short stroking it since it was my first time with an RT. Sort of the LX (which im getting soon) any suggestions?

Mags don't shoot darts... they shoot nails.

Do you have the new style PF plug? There's a classic thread at the top of this forum that shows you the difference between the old and new style plugs. What kind of feed system are you using? Did it sound different when it would chop? Are you using plastic nubbins?

Sorry, forgot to mention my setup. I have a warp with the long powerfeed plug, and I have used it before without any problems; I just dont think that the warp is on long enough to feed the mfast enough. Im using an intelli so jumpers dont matter. I am using a plastic nubbin in my freak. I think I might be short stroking it.

Try to go easier on the trigger.

Also, watch the Warp wheel while you shoot. Make sure it's feeding each time and there aren't any ball gaps. Some paint is too small that the wheel slips by the paint before it feeds it and some paint is too big that the belt spins at the pulley instead of pushing the ball stack.

Perhaps the dwell on your warp is too long. I'm using 3 jumpers on my Emag. Just a thought.

              Both.

That way if the electronics go down on the Emag, I can still feed. I can look at the EXACT settings I have tonight if you're interested.

nah thats ok. I lost the contact springs on the vibration sensor, and I dont wanna order some and pay like 7 dollars for shipping on a couple springs. I was thinkin bout the 12 volt mod- is that frowned upon by agd or anything?

Make sure you have good batteries in your warp. Even if your warp still spins it may not be spinning fast enough to feed force feed properly. I had the world most expensive blender couple of weeks ago because of bad batteries. The first time I went to shoot my X-Mag with a friend and his tippmann, I was blend city on a cold day while his tippy was shooting the same paint just fine. I quickly remembered I had left warps's on/off switch on a couple days earlier. I quickly switched my revy 9 volts with my warp batteries. I knew things would be fine after the old warp batteries lit up the revy's low battery light. Any way after that, my X-Mag was was Rip City. The funny part was my friend was afraid to say anything at first because he figured I might wrap my X-Mag around his neck .

Don't say a word Rob. You know have warp battery issues :o.
