X-Mag Preorder

I had preordered a CnC Xmag back in early december and was given a march time frame delivery. However, now it seems that there are delays, which I expected. Now it appears to be in april.

I was wondering if anyone else is in the same position. Or if you have recently accepted delivery of a xmag, how long you waited.

i preordered in january so I guess i'm just now starting to wait . what number are they up to now ?, i hope i get one of the first 1k

i believe they are only batching 30-50 a month so its going to be awhile

I placed my deposit on my X-Mag in early November, 2001. That was about 15 months ago. The order from my dealer to AGD was placed earlier that my order was placed with my dealer.

I was 28 years old when I ordered by X-Mag and my 30th birthday was yesterday. My X-Mag has not yet been delivered.

yeh...i placed mine in July '02...im still waiting. I was told November for when it would come. Then January. Now late Feb. Im kinda doubtful it will come before mid March, but sure...why not!

I am pretty sure that Kevmaster's X-Mag and my X-Mag are in the same batch and will be to us sometime in March (2003?).

Of course, I have heard of some folks that have fully paid for their X-Mags in advance only to have their dealers go bankrupt. No money and no X-Mag...ouch.

how can crooks do something like that and leave people like that? is there a legal issue? all i know is most of the paintball shops in the mid new jersey are pretty shady. no service, no customer appreciation, and overall a bad image.

i was at the field like 3 weeks ago and a guy was getting his new x-mag like the next day

I'm in the same boat as smokee, i pre-ordered Oct. 4. I just called agd yesterday (tom, your customer service people rock!!) and was told i'm two batches out. ETA of my gun would probably be in april's batch (baring anymore problems). You see back in Dec. they were having problems with shipping from agd europe. That's what i was told, but it was cool to know where i was at.

I had heard that Ben. Let me recheck. Mines in that batch too. I placed my order back the week after IAO. When was that? Well thats how long I been waiting too.

Ok...here is the Skinny on it from JoAnn as of today:

The bodies are expected back from Anno tomorrow. SUPPOSED TO BE. Not a certainty.

Those of you in on this batch were contacted a while back. If you (or your dealer) were not asked to confirm your order and color you ARE NOT in this batch. If you were contacted you are. They will always confirm the order before shipping out the bodies to Anno so you will know and can approve the order and have a chance to change colors and such. So if you ordered through your dealer ask him/her not AGD about that. They should know if yours was confirmed or not.

Now this brings up a couple of big "IF's"! If they come back tommorrow (first "IF") from Anno in good shape they still have to assemble them (second "IF"). That may take a week or so. Now there is always the possibility that some of them may come back good and some not. So some of you may get em and some may not. But since they are not there at this point to say then it's still in question. But we should assume that they all will be fine. However there has been some in the past that were not so keep your hopes up that they are all good when they arrive. I would allow this week and some of next for assembly. They may get em done a little earlier but you do not want them to rush that part do you? So lets say for now that they should ship next week. They could be sooner but lets be realistic just in case. Provided they are properly finished when they arrive and if they do indeed arrive tomorrow as planned that should be reasonable to assume.

So do not contact AGD about them for now as they realy cannot tell you anything more at this point. Soon as the bodies arrive and they have time to inspect them then we may know something more.

If and as I find out anything further I will post it up.
