I have ordered from them three times and have never had a problem. I always get the slowest shipping cause I am poor and each order has arrived in about 3 days. My experience with them has been excelent.

I ordered from them a couple of times now and havn't had any problems. I know your angry at them, and you should be, but don't forget, everyone makes mistakes. It seems all of these others havn't had a problem, so its not like it happens everyday. Sorry if it sounds like im trying to defend against what they did to you, that is pretty crappy, and I would be just as mad. Sorry that happened, but hey, you have a mag!

Man i go treally pissed to!Okay make a long story short when i was still shooting a shutter my velocity wouldnt go down so i have a spyder tech cut my main body spring.Dip shot cut it so short it wouldnt shoot over 150 i as pissed.I order a kit from actionvillage paintballgear and when i open it all the peices i didnt need were there but it didnt have a main body spring like it said.I order a entire spring kit and i get oring kit in a week ah i was so mad then finally another 2 weeks the rit epackage comes i haev to say they do suck.

I try not to order from them. I personally have never had a problem with them. However, I have herd many (YES I MEAN MANY!!!) stories about them. Most of them consist of them switching the color or style of whatever it is a person is ordering. Plus they seem to have terrible customer service.

All i have to say is here, here for AGD throwing their weight around for the good of their customers

I am sorry about your very bad experience with paintballgear.com. With the exception of my RT Pro, most if not all of my paintball stuff has been bought through them and I have had no problems with them as of yet. I am not chastising you for being a victim, in fact, I sympathize with your plight and applaud your civic mindedness to alert everyone of your problems with the web site and their customer service. Perhaps you should write a long letter to their customer service center, detailing your problems with their company. Perhaps, they will attempt to make restitution and improve their service, which would help others in the long run. I think, if everyone who has had problems with this web site write to them about their displeasure with their company, it would force them to make what seems to be a growing trend.

yeah we had an incedent where they charged my credit card 7 times for over $1550. they got it cleared up, but it froze my card for a few days while the charges all got denied. i do not order from them now.

My freind has had a problem with them as well, same deal they sent him the wrong gun, I will never order from them, not to mention but the salesperson on the phone was a dork too.
