1.5 will have one groove and one dot.

Grooves are full sizes, dots are for half sizes. So 2.5 = 2 grooves, one dot.

No grooves + no dots = the smallest.

Put some oil on the black oring on the carrier. Use a pen or pencil (eraser end) to push the carrier down into the powertube. It'll be a tight fit, but it will go down there. Then you should be able to get the tip on.

When you say that you 'put the o-ring down there' - you are fitting the o-ring inside the carrier first aren't you? You should have the backing washer dropped in first, then the carrier with the o-ring installed inside it and then push it down well like krafty said.

Ya we put that teflon kind of flat o-ring down there first, then put the carrier o-ring in the carrier and are pushing down haaaaard but it still wont go.

                      dental pick?

I have heard that if you use the feild strip screw it will get it out.

                              ^^

Up, i'll explain the two problems i'm having..

Number one, since i put on the Intelliframe and Level 10, I have to push the Valve forward before it will cock, It's not much force I have to apply to it, but I still have to push on the back of it.. And two, Everytime I shoot all the excess air just leaks out, so i'll shoot then hear a ssssss, for like 3 seconds..

                              Anyone know what to do..

I also have a small small leak out of the velocity adjuster.. But I think my velocity might just be to high.
