AO-WI, IL, MN: Paintball Sams Fall Big Game Oct. 6th and 7th

I missed the May game, and last year's October game... It's about time I got out there eh?

I'm being bribed to go, so I'm going. No clue how mobile I'll be, but I'll try to play a good game. No camera gear this time, I want to actually relax for a change.

Pink flowery Hawaiian shirt for me. I'll be shooting a green Orracle for most of the day I expect. Perhaps the EMag or PM5 will make it out. (don't give me too much crap, I like the external moving parts, and it's only fast enough for a big game).

are you serious? the guys shooting tippmanns ALWAYS seem to plan 5 or 6 on me at a time. either im extremely slow or they like to over shoot. thats why i give them a few extra myself sometimes

It was crazy, the didn't break on the box. We figured we would have to protect Jon, but the cardboard was like magic armor.

yea i decided to drive myself, too much gear to pack into someone else's car

there were 2-3 refs taking pictures, but i am not seeing anything posted on paintballsams yet.

as for play, there was about 75-100 people max... it was not a very good turn out. how ever it was hotter with a VERY slight breeze so it was about the same as saturday. ALOT of playing in the tall grass since most of the poeple out on sunday were the lets walk and crawl in the grass. games were slow-medium paced the whole time. infact, if you ran to the front took a few out then got shot, you were sitting for about 30minutes to an hour easily

For the price i paid, i honestly could say it wasn't worth the play. It was worth seeing everyone again, but the games have been getting worse and worse each time i attend. There is nothing wrong with the field, the refs, or anything. Just no one seems to be attending anymore. Could have been the heat, but still disappointing.
