AO SoCal DOUBLE TROUBLE 01/19 and 02/09

It's been decided. After much deliberation, argumentation, negotiation, and celebration, the details of the TWO AO SoCal meets have been finalized.

January 19th-done and done
February 09th

SC Village

Parking has been decided. Check the image for details.

From your point of view, you will make a right before the airball field, up the small road, and past the booth until you enter the second parking lot. From there, turn left and find some parking in that corner with us. As for a time, you guys can choose to arrive at any time you choose, but THERE THERE WAS A HUGE CROWD LAST TIME, AND THIS FAILED AS A PLAN. PLEASE TRY TO GET THERE AS EARLY AS YOU CAN SO WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN. I'll be there with a few friends at 7:00am to claim as much the area for us as I can, but it IS going to be busy, so I suggest you get your butts out here and help a little.

PLEASE BRING CASH FOR ENTRANCE. This will make things a LOT easier when paying for the 30+ people who plan on attending! Cards for paint is fine, but sk8ermog asked to bring cash, so let's try to do that for him.

Air:
FREE
There is a rule at SC Village that states that the tank must be within 3 years of its hydrostatic testing date. Tanks are not allowed if they do not comply. Sk8ermog is going to attempt to pull some strings to allow all valid tanks to be filled. He is also checking on getting us a deal on free/discounted rentals. While it would be incredibly cool if he got it, expect to pay to rent, expect to follow the rules and bring tanks that comply with SC's rules.

Paint:
Sk8ermog has found a deal at CC Paintball for $25 a case if we get a minimum of 15 cases, look below for details! . SC Seconds are available for $30 a case. You can bring your own if you wish.

This is a list of who plans on going in February please include in your post if you plan on attending.

Food has been decided, and you are required to bring a minimum of $6 CASH. This will be paid up front along with paint and admission. I'd suggest bringing fluids as well Water, gatorade, etc. etc. Dont' forget the cash for entrance too!

NOTICE! SK8ERMOG HAS GOTTEN A DEAL WITH CC PAINTBALL FOR $25 A CASE! WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 15 CASES FROM CC PAINTBALL TO MAKE THIS WORK. SK8ERMOG PLANS ON TAKING DOWN PRE-ORDERS. I'm in for both. I'll bring friends to both, but I might have to split the numbers. Like 5 to one and 5 to the other depending on my friends schedual. Like I said before we don't have to have 30 to get the private group, but it would make things a lot easier and make us look like more of a serious group to my managers. The more people come the more of a hook up we can get in the future.

Splitting up the group will cut the numbers in half atleast, I'd be suprised if we had more than 15 at each game, but I'm all for it

So we can just knock it back to a private group and I'll talk them into letting us onto a few scenario fields by ourselves. We really don't need the private group static to keep the discounts. It would just be really nice. I'm going to do my best to bring at least 5 people to each game. Get the word on the street and lets bring in the players for this one. Call loved ones, friends, enemies, the boy scouts, people in line with you at the bank or while getting gas, tell the mayor, pope and local churchs. AO is coming to town!
