    Fields of Honor

I am wondering if anyone here at AO ever played at the old(not in business anymore)"Fields of Honor" in Sylmar,CA? Just checking to see where you play now... if you still do that is.

Used to play there all the time, back in the day when mech mags ruled. I would set up private games with my friends. Remember that small bridge that led to the horseshoe?

The scary part was being so close to an actual gun range!

I remember having tons of fun at the dusk till dark night games. Good times.

They dissappeared but I think they moved somewhere else in California.

Check this out- I went to the one in October and had a Great time- really good people!

This is the place to go to post about events, AO get togethers, or just to find other players in your area. A great place to meet up for scenario games!

I've played at "Fields of Fire", and California PB park (both near Valencia). Both were decent. Also check put Zypher paintball in Ventura, good guys with lotsa kool gear & decent prices.

Ahh yes I remember "Fields of Fire" and the tunnels. I hear good things about CA PB as well. I actually stopped by Zephyr on Saturday and bought a mask & paint for Sunday(But couldnt play because I realized that evening that I forgot to buy a hopper.) You are correct, thats a nice store & the ppl that work there are pretty cool. Have you played at "Urban Quest" in Oxnard? The service/reffing there is pretty much hit or miss but it is close...

havent yet played at the "quest", heard good & bad. I'll check it out someday. I prefer woodsball over speed, and from what I understand, thats what they got. I saw your post about schedualling issues-same here. Lotsa good stuff coming up tho. AO on the 19th & 9th, and Pickles big game on the 10th. I've heard good things about Pickle's events, and the one time I played at Jungle Island was fun. I'm gonna try and finagle the wife for that one.
