For Discounted entry you need to call, e-mail, or PM your info by Wednesday Mar. 6th

Field opens around 8am (I think that's when they open the gates)

I think play actually starts around 9:30-10ish. We usually get there around 9 give or take a few minutes.

Most of the pump players try to park somewhere around where the Food Cart is located by the front office near the chrono range. Makes it easier to gather everyone up and head out to the next field. Depending on all participants, We usually play till they are breaking down the airball fields which is around 3:30-4:00ish.

This is just a once a month thing to get people excited about pump play, you will play with other pumpers in our own private group. There are no particular rules other than playing with some kind of pump marker.

My one question: Is a pistol allowed to be used. Operated on 12grams, SC feed, no pump.
I have a pump, but I really want to work my pistol.

Smooth- Just your name and phone number is needed to float to the field owners. So they know who you are when you sign in at the field. They don't contact you for anything, that's all they have requested. If you wanna register on that forum, that's cool to but not necessary. I pretty much run the thread (with a lack of mod ability's) it's pretty basic.

Whee- What type of pistol do you wanna shoot? It depends on what you have. Cause the field rules dis-allow certain pistols. My sydarm is do-able, but my tac-8 wasn't. It's a crazy field rule I know but I can put the pistols to a vote to the masses and see what they say. I know there are other players out there that want to play with semi-pistols (me included) and I have had that question asked to me before. I don't usually bust out my sydarms unless it's a special occasion though.

Got your info Smooth. Round and Brittle.... It's very possible. Are you particular to any brand? Toxic, Weapons Grade, or Evil? (evil is hard to come by in this town yet highly desirable, I'm sure someone will be willing to buy a sack or 2 from you if you can pick up a case )
Maybe your coming will help convince OEM Petey to finally make a pump day that he's been claiming to be trying to come to.

Also if you want to chime in on the Pistol vote, please do Velocity pistols on pump day thread

Pics of any Misc. markers would be helpful for the Velocity staff to see before hand. Me thinks they don't get out much - They are in need of revising they're pistol rule as well so that can help further define what they allow anytime at the park.

Didn't I see that at AO day? Cool - with a stick feed probably wouldn't be to bad. But definatly in need of a vote. If you goto the velocity thread see if you can post a larger pic and mention the stick feed. The pump folk are pretty easy going but I'm sure they want to make sure a hopper won't be used is all, Just to help with the voting.

I don't care about brand. Just round and brittle and I am happy.

It seems you have some pull at velocity. Any chance of you coordinating an AO day down there?

Last time we tried with velocity they needed exact numbers and money for all of them up front. Which is pretty difficult to do when talking about an online community. People have to drop out last minute sometimes.

As Smoothice has mentioned (which I thank him for), it is a 12gram operated pistol with a SC feed. I had it on AO day, but only played 2 games with it before switching to my Z-Mag. I did not have an SC feed on it at the time, but I have removable one now, with a more permanent one in the works. If someone would please post these images over there, I'd greatly appreciate it, since I currently am unable to do it. Here are two large images of it. It would be used with an SC feed and run on 12grams.

Now for questions regarding my Sniper
If I can't use my pistol, then is OC allowed, or are we playing SC only?

I think those are the only questions right now.
If these get answered, you'll probably have my PM very soon.

From the looks of the thread over on velocity 40 round hoppers are o.k. I think that is what you mean by OC.

I'll let demonio answer that for certain though.

Hey hey hey! lol, i went clubbing friday.. woke up at 430am.. started the drive up the mountain.. threw up about 3 times... then went snowboarding (conditions were AWESOME)

lets just say i was in no condition to go to this month's pump day.

i got my pump kits.. so all i need is a nice SS minimag body to go along with the rail, frame and valve i have lined up. Then get that sucker milled.

Open class as stated is pretty much any hopper, and kind of air source other than twelvies.

Demonio: I wouldn't worry much about stock class pistols too much. OCMI did a pumps and pistols day last year and the pistols got out classed by the pumps. A lot of them were using the tac 8 too. Just the fact that you can have more than 8-10 balls on a pump pretty much settles it. Reloading is more of a chore on a stock class pistol than it is on any type of pump. Sure it'll be usefull if you like to bunker folks, but if you're forced to post on someone it becomes a grueling task.

OC is all good - any hopper. Our only rule was pump. If you can pump it you can play with it. If you wanna use a Halo on your sniper by all means go for it, you may get laughed at for the Halo but it's all good. The majority of players seem to try to score the pocket hoppers for they're lower profile. Others have revi's and then there's the funky modded ones - I think my favorite is a 100-rnd pod with a revi bottom. Looks funny but really does do a good job. Heck if you had one of those VL-3000's that would be cool- overkill but whatevers clever.

I'm a big fan of pistols - I went through a crazy pistol phase trying to find THE BEST one and I have settled on my sydarms (now only have 3) but I've had all kinds and recently got rid of my tac8 mostly cause I didn't use it and every time I did, I broke paint cool gun though.

I'm working on changing things there at the field some. They're starting to do Scenarios there and Big Games and I know those types of players have a good amount of pistolero's. I was actually just informed why they don't allow pistols, as a few times real guns were brought out- thank those idiots for jading the management. The more pics I can get of paintball pistols the better to show the management what's out there and see about lifting they're ban on them. As for playing pistol with the pump crowd, so far (all 7 voters thus far) are willing to allow it. I still need to mass mail my pump base and let them vote. I'm all for it and knowing how alot of the pump guys play, I know what a disadvantage it can be to be shooting a semi-pistol but then again in the right hands....

Did I just ramble on and miss answering anything or did I get you all the right info? (I do that sometimes)

Smooth - I didn't forget about your asking about setting up an AO day there. I can see what I can do. They seem to trust me some (some....) at least the boss woman does, she's my main contact there. I'll shoot her a PM tonight and ask her about it. I spoke to the bossman (her husband) a few days before AO day at SC and told him there was at least 30 players in the group, he was somewhat shocked to know there were that many automag owners in California let alone So.Cal - needless to say I was somewhat offended and enlightened to his naivety. He joked about ordering a mag to put up in one of his shops, I was serious when I said he should do it and just see how long it takes to sell it. But if we can get a bunch of AO'ers there... they'd be like and realize what they have been missing out on. I think if I can guarantee at least 20 players I can get it to happen maybe without a down. Cause for pump day, it's basically a private group without any mins or max's- if we get at least 10 pumpers we get our own ref. Last year was hard to get that amount, then I took the reigns and we've met that 10 player mark ever since- usually about 15 or more. Best crowd to date was maybe August - I think we had like 30'ish.

                              Here's pics from Decembers play:
