AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
HEAVEN OR HELLA, LET'S ROCK. AO California, April 12th
Hey Ubergeek, how is you car? When I left I had 4 splats on mine , and noticed at least as many on yours. When I got home I hosed my car down but there is still a 3 foot long blue stain on my hood that wouldnt come off ...gonna have to work on that.
LOL we were parked behind 10-15(?) ft high netting and those guys on the field still manage to hit our cars. Choco the Red was beside your car with his mask on, because he had already been hit 3 times.
But to digress (and to add my 2 cents) CPP is a field I'd wanna try again. Even though the staff was overwhelmed with the big number of people, they were very professional and polite.
Seems like the management there run a tight ship.
The blue paint that got on the cars staind it pretty good. I spent about an hour this morning with polishing compound trying to get it out. Got most of it but there is still a hint of it on there.

Ahh dang they got yours too
Good to hear most of it came off though. Will pick up some polishing compound this week.
And thanks for the EP vs Pneumatic info as well Sand
Maybe we can do an AO weekend in Vegas or something.
Ya know that is not a half bad idea.
I used to drive there 4 to 5 times a year and I have family there.......I was there 2 weeks ago too. I might consider that trip!
Plenty to do after the day is done.........
im sure we (enemy and i) could get the ball rolling at one of the feilds, and we know a few of the store owners round' here, im sure we can get a good deal on paint
and miscue will have even less of an excuse to not make an appearance

WOW thats a really nice marker.... FOR ME TO POOP ON!!!!
I don't think that many people would object to a weekend in Vegas. But it would depend on the time of year for me. I wouldn't want to be palying outside in 112 degree weather.

I going to say about 8 including the one that hit inside my trunk.
I'm pretty sure everyones car was hit at least once and from the explanations from the other guys and ref that it was either balls bouncing off the inflatable obstacles or, which I believe more, is noobie would aim way to high and miss the net completely.
Other then the mandatory car wash, the whole day was a blast and have grown to love these AO meets.
And big thanks to Z-man and Enemy for their major helping on my E-mag and getting it to work way better then what I thought it would work.
