Where are those places in relation to Giant Paintball just outside San Diego? It's possibility I may be heading there January 17/18 for a Viper scenario.

Which Giant paintball?

Probably an hour or less to either field.

Theres like 5. And that one is closer to 1 - 2 hours away depending which place we choose.

From Alpine Camp Pendleton is about 70 miles north, SC is 90, and HSP is 110.

I say Pendleton to see the new fields and they are relaxed and are way better at handling private games.

I think that if we want to have the same turn out that we did at CPP in March then we may need to go back north a little. I'm not saying that we have to go to CPP again, but may need a field that is more north.

I for one will not go to SC or HSP. I just don't like it at those fields. Camp P would be fine with me.

I would LOVE to have an AO party for my birthday weekend January 24 or 25!

Last time we did Camp Pendleton was about a year ago I think.

Just spent my first day at HSP this weekend and I will never be returning unless it becomes BYOP and they become less douchey. I bought 500 rounds of the mid grade (for $20 f'ing dollars) and had size ranging from .688-.693 in the same bag and when thrown on the ground would bounce like a super ball. I didn't have a straight shot until I ditched that crap and used the paint I brought anyway. Then you have to get your wristband signed off on for watching the "safety video" each time you visit before you can play or even have a tank filled; which by the way costs $10 for all day air and you may only fill 1 tank so if you have multiples pick your favorite.

I will come if we don't have it there

How would you guys like to go to a private field? its only 1 speedball field located one city over from HSP, in Montebello. The field kind of looks like the dirt field at HSP and they do have compressed air. Entry is 20, air is 5 bucks. They can fill up to 4500 but rarely do since its about the size of a 5 man field so 3k fills are the norm but can go higher if requested. It's called the PIT.

btw there is a field in long beach, Leon Styles formerly of Tombstone Paintball of Corona, and Splat Factory, Brea now runs a reball facility there. It is called Tombstone Reball center, fps is 220 fps though, I've never had a mag run that low so it could be questionable.

I'm going to throw out there Warped in Castaic just because I have played there recently. Fair prices, not a lot of people, 4500 fills, chill staff, not a long walk to fields, kinda hilly but no where near CPP.

Chris, would we get that field to ourselves than? And its only a single field? That sounds interesting....

Otherwise my vote is for Pendleton, we've always had a good time there.

If we did one farther up north to get more people I may be down too...

actually whatever field gets Clare out to play!

btw at hsp, paying for the high grade paint usually pays off, and about the tank fill thing, i got away with swapping my tag on a couple different tanks, but im special

ill give zak a call later and give him a heads up that he has to come out and play with us again, hopefully he can drag devilmag and a few other guys out to come play, espescially is pumpmags new gf comes...
