Calling all Va players !!

Okay I was looking through the meet and greet, and I noticed we VA players didn't have a meet and greet. We could go 3 states away to one, but I was thinking about one here in VA. Maybe if you someone close to us in a bordering state they might liked to get involved also. So I figured I would start this thread to see if there is anybody interested in a VA meet & greet. So lets hear it, I know we have some AOer's in Va so let's get together and roll some heads with the most awesome guns ever made. If anyone has any suggestions on a field and a date, I am open for suggestions. I will start it off !

How about Skyline paintball in October ? I know TeamBob could make it, lol

yes i could, it a whole 3 miles from me. lol. I can get use decent deals on paint, air, field fees, and w.e else would be needed, if done at Skyline. If we can get atleast 10 of us together we could even play seperate from walk-ons if we wanted. ( Or we could kick some expensive, up-to date, modern a$$ with our stone age "junk'' Skyline has 10+ top notch walk-on fields and a turf airball field. And full service proshop(kinda scarce on mag parts though) lol

Fields have improved even more since photos were taken.

Im up for a AO M&G wherever, but highly reccomend Skyline. Hopefully we can get some interest together.

I'm a regular at skyline as well, will probably be there this weekend. Would be great to have a group of maggers up there, send me a pm and let me know if anything comes together.

Also want to throw in another field option, Splatbrothers Paintball in Hopewell, VA. I sure hope we can get some more interest in this soon, time will run out on getting it planned if not. Come on you magger's let's get it together !!

Okay guys I am think I am going to try to put this game together at Splatbrothers, Hopewell. My main reasoning behind this it is closer to me and it will make it easier to arrange everything. Basically what it is looking like is we are going to be taken on anyone else who wants to show up with another marker to play against us with our mags. This isn't etched in stone or anything yet, but that is the way it is swaying. I have spoken with one of the owners and he will be more than happy to help promote the game some. Mainly listing it as an actual event on there homepage. So if we can get enough people together we could have a lot of competition to contend with. I was even thinking about hitting the up guys on custom cockers up to see if anyone would be interested in joining in as out opposition. Kinda hit on the age old debate of which gun is better, lol. That is if there is anyone left playing who remembers that. Anyway I know some of you guys, well all of you actually, were looking to play at Skyline, nut Splatbrothers is only 2hrs 42mins away according to msn maps, and I am sure I can get us discounted rates on a hotel stay if needed. So hopefully you will still consider coming. Teambob I would certainly look forward to meeting you, as well as everybody else. So what do you think guys. If there is another time you guys would like to try to do it I am open for suggestions.

I live in Flo, but go to VA to visit my fam, so I could go if there was a set date.

Never been to either skyline or splatbros, so I dunno which is better but i've heard good things about skyline and i know where itat so im partial to that.

I would be up for a splatbrothers game, I am only 40 mins away, Id love to meet up with other AGD owners.

If your looking for an airfield, there is an upstart filed just 30 miles north of splatbrothers. KPS Paintball on rt 360, Midlothian, near Richmond. I help out there. They have a good group of guys running the place. If you know where rockwood paintball park WAS, you know where KPS now IS. They have 2 nice sets of air fields and both fields are well kept.

Okay so here are the options for October:

1- October 3rd On this day they will be having a big game going on though. We could all get in on the same team and play the big game, or

2- October 10 This a open play Saturday, we could have them promote the Automags against everybody day, or

3- October 17-18 This is the weekend when they have their last 26 hour scenario weekend for the year. We could get together to play on Saturday or we could do the whole weekend long event


Anyway these are the options to play at Splatbrothers for the month of October. If anybody has any suggestions, post em. I would like to get every bodies opinions on when the would like to get together in October. So let us know, lets get the plan wrote in stone and get to promoting it.
