We are in the Fingerlakes region. It takes me around 5 hours to get to the city.

              Upstate's a pretty big area...

I think I'm technically "south central New York", but hey, you never know.

I suppose the question to ask here is what's the closest major city to you? Mine's Binghamton (see "Location" in upper right hand corner).

The closest city would probably be Rochester.

When I define Upstate I think of any area west of the Capital District. Syracuse, Buffalo, Binghamton, and Ithaca are all under 2 hours from my location. So I am fairly centrally located in the Upstate region.

Right now we are looking at having a fairly large game on Aug the 30th. I'm thinking we'll have more than 20 players. Most of them will be using te loaner equipment so some newbies mixed in with seasoned veterans. Most importantly we don't generally allow electos so the game play is more old school.

Getting ready to start up our season again. We will be hosting games about every two weeks. Paint and play is $10. CO2 is provided but you'll have to bring your own hpa.

Were trying to make a few course improvements this year, most of those will be related to getting the paths to stay drier though. One thing we did at te end of last year is to thin the trees on the mounds to allow you to see almost the entire field from any given point. This has "opened" up the games and created a woodsball/speedball hybrid game.

If anyone is interested contact me for dates.
