Talked to Sandra today... should be getting the refund in the next few days.

She said that there are going to be 3 guys that are going to play Tombstone from the store first to scout it out. Sounds like they wanted to make sure it was run well and the fields were safe.

Sounds like we have 7 now.

Mountain view puts on pretty big private parties. 50-70 people.

They also like to make sure their groups get A LOT of games in.

So yeah they probably want to make sure this place can handle the size and provide a quick turnaround...
