I'm in the Long Island, NY area. I'm new to paintball though and have only played three times. This Sunday will be the fourth time. I play with some friends at Cousins Coram field.

Hey, here representing LI. ICOM, we talked on PBL.

      Almon, welcome to the game

ICOM and I were going to coordinate in a week or two and try to play the Paintball Arena Indoor field.

I play cousins in coram once in a while. I might try to get out there again if we keep having some warm weather (high 40's low 50's) I'll let you know.

Hey there Stayhuge. Did you get to go out to Coram yesterday? The weather was great. It drizzled a little, but it wasn't bad. Every time I go to Coram I try to find someone that is using a mag. lol I want to see a RT ULE Custom or Tac One in real life.

Hi, nah, I was skiing this past weekend. If I was around, I would have definitely been out there. Hopefully this warm weather keeps up, and I can make my way out there in the next few weeks. I will post up if I am going, and maybe a few of us can meet up out there.

Sure thing ICOM. I'm pretty new so you will have to bear with a player with very little skill. Just let me know ahead of time and I will see if I have anything going on then. My friends usually sets up Sunday meet ups at 9:30 AM at Cousins Coram when the weather permits.

And, Almon, don't worry about your skills, you have to start somewhere. I used to play a ton, then really slowed down. Most of the skills I had have gone by now. I will have to build them back up. I haven't played indoors in about 2 years now. haha

I've only played woodsball myself. Actually went on Sunday, but my right knee is acting funny now, so I am resting for a little bit to make sure I didn't do anything serious to it. Currently I need to first learn when I am properly holding my marker. Then I need to learn how to properly aim my marker. Currently my method of aiming is tracking how the paintball flies, but that takes at least three shots before I hit where I wanted to hit. By that time the person already ducked. :P I want to be able to hit the mark on my first shot, or at least be able to say if that paintball didn't curve I would have hit my target. A cool person told me that my hopper was showing above the tires when I was playing the tires on Sunday. I didn't realize that so that is another thing I have to keep track of. I've much to learn, which just means I need to play more paintball. I'm getting some new stuff soon, stuff I wanted from the beginning, but since I was so new I went cheap first to make sure I stuck with the sport. Now that I know I am staying I got myself a mag, it just has to arrive at my door step. I'm excited.

Hey guys, Haven't had a chance to play in the new year yet, haha. I have been getting way too much skiing in this year. In addition, I am an accountant, and have been helping my father with his business at night, so it has been the classic 9-6 at reg job then 7-9 with him. Looking to try to play mid March. Hopefully it will be warmer. Also, There is a new indoor place in Bellmore, called Obnoxious Paintball. Heard it is supposed to be really good, but a little more expensive than PB Arena. I'll keep you guys posted if I ever make it out.

I think I would be up for this around the time you mentioned. I just started hearing about Obnoxious Paintball last week from a co-worker. They are more expensive than PB Arena, but it would be cool to check out the place at least once.

Just realized that I have a few passes for Cousins. They get you $25 off the $50 package. I think it costs $27 and you get all day air and a bag of 500. I am looking to go the second or third weekend in March. They expire the end of March. If anyone wants to go, LMK and we can meet before you pay.

Hi Stayhuge. My friends and I usually play during the weekends at the Cousin's Coram field. They usually like to play during Sundays and we play pretty much the whole day unless someone's gun starts to act up. Let me know when you want to get together and play paintball at Cousins.

Also Stayhuge and ICOM, are either of you going to sign up for the Big Game? Since my friends and I started playing paintball recently, this will be our first big event for paintball and we were going to sign up for it. Have you guys done it before? I hope it's fun. The helicopter they talk about sounds cool.
