So I know this may be WAY too early to tell, but where might the next AO*TX meet be? We've already done Austin and Houston... San Antonio perhaps? I don't know where other Texas AO members live, so I'm just curious. Don't shoot me for asking! See you all tomorrow night.

my vote is for corpus. i dont know field locales there, but i do know you can camp on the beach and that just seems bad *** to me.

I dont know about the next meet....

These meets in different cities are to give everyone a chance to play with fellow AO'ers. There are only 1 maybe 2 active AO'ers from San Antonio and maybe 3 in the entire valley.

I hate leaving those people out but honestly dont see anyone other than Clare and myself going(to the valley). We wouldnt mind going, in fact I've already told our friends in El Paso we'd make the 9 or so hour drive over there just to have a meet with them but that's more like a personal road trip than a meet. We(Clare and myself) along with a lot of other Austinite's and a few ppl from Houston could make a San Antonio meet if everyone really wanted to.

As far as a Corpus meet, again, we'd be happy to go and hang out but it would most likely be another road trip than a meet. Tx is too big for everyone to make all the meets all the time so the next big meet will most likely be at Petty's(Austin) again. Clare and I however will always be willing to travel to the outskirts for our fellow AO'ers.

We'll be taking a vote(probably lots of them) during this meet to see what everyone else thinks.(Just trying to be fair)

my corpus idea was not driven so much by the desire to get corpus area players involved as it was an excuse to go to the beach.
