Thought I would drop some info for the Florida peeps. Showdown is really beginning to catch some attention from several teams in the Central Florida area as the place to practice. Mike, the owner, is really stepping it up to make his place the best it can be. He is working on a couple of new tournament style fields for practice sessions with towers to observe and film the action. I really wish I'd pre-regged for the finale. I've been wanting to be a role-player or a demo guy for some time. On the other hand, in every single scenario game I've played so far I've still managed to either nearly become command staff, or win an award... It's so much more fun to help do game-vital things like recon, or prop retrieval, or negotiations, than wandering around lost in the woods... Anyone else here going to Hi-Tec on Saturday btw?
