West Palm has no field. Mike's Paintball closed their field a while ago. The closest field south is East Coast Extreme in Pompano.

hey, im from port st. lucie... just north of west palm beach. i dont have a field near me... closest is in west palm, but it is rumored they are building one right down the road from me in st. lucie west.... dunno if u guys heard of that place? but eh o well.

Not trying to flame...it could really REALLY use some work though. I'm sure your new at it and all but I'd be more then happy to put something up for you and maybe give you some pointers.

I'd LOVE to go to this Simpsons game but there are no directions to where this will be held or any info whatsoever on where Gladiators paintball is...at least not from what I could see.

This will be a 24 hour scenario, based on the "Simpsons" TV show.

really? i havent even been to mikes field in the longest time, so i had no idea they closed. then stinkin karma and co. closed in ft. pierce almost a year ago... they need to open up a new field soon.

i really appreciate the offer but the website is my creation & I've received a lot of compliments.
Cranted I'm still a novice But I try.
I'm the Co-captain/promotions officer/head reff/ & all around go to guy for the team.
I also work a full time job & have a family!

My Fiance' gets a little upset if I spend more time on the computer than I do with her!

So with all that said I try to do the best that I can with the time I've got!

Snooker...just messing around for boredoms sake with the logo. But it needs to be on the site if you have one!

As far as your site..I figured all of that to be the case. But here are some tips to make it more user friendly...

1: All computers/monitors are not made equal. So designing a site you have to keep that in mind and what may look OK on your monitor may look bad on another.

2: Pictures cascaded as your background is generally a big no-no. It makes it especially difficult to see text and links. Another rule of thumb is don't put copy or links over pictures. Frame them out and format them to keep them seperate. Also, sound that plays automatically, pop up windows, frames are all bad design elements these days. Stay away from those things in futue versions of your site.

3: Use the same colors and font formatting on all pages. I think you may be doing this already.

4: Try to imagine a well formatted Word document. Use the same general type of formatting rules throughout your site's copy to keep it clean and easily readable.

One very important thing is there is no driving directions or map to your field on your site. Maybe this is intentional? I had to get out a Road Atlas to figure out where the heck Hudson, FL is.

Lastly..if you want to save yourself some serious time learning all this geek stuff, buy Microsoft Frontpage. If you have it, you can find all kinds of free templates to use for the site that are pre-designed, you just fill in the blanks sort of speak and add pages as needed. It's fairly easy to use and will let you make changes pretty quickly.

If your web host doesn't have the required Frontpage server software (aka Frontpage extensions) and you wanted to set it up, let me know. I'll create space on my server for you via something like...
