    Camping at IAO

    AO SHANTY TOWN

OK, for all you other AOers who dont wanna drop the cash on a hotel, we are starting the AO IAO campsite. I will most likely be hauling up a camper, and even though sleeping space inside will be very limited the camper and truck will serve as a secure place to lock up our gear. Post if your interested. Seems like we will be staying ON SITE. lookiong into details now.

    Possible campgrounds

Im looking into possible locations right now. Pittsburgh North Campground looks best right now, being as its listed as being the closest to Pittsburgh. Anyone who knows the area please please let us know if theres something better, thanks.

There are camp sites right at the field. The field is at a county fairgrounds so there is lots of room. I am not so sure that North Pittsburgh Campgrounds exists anymore. I think it is a shopping center now. For camping on-site at the field, call 124-775-8299.

i know what happened last year is that anyone who registered recieved a permit with a number on it... but there's no order to the actual land. I think last year my team has permit #70, and we were in between 172 and 112 or something like that. Just pitch a tent next to anyone with an AO banner, and it'll all work out.
