AO Members in MI?

When I been reading threw the boards I see more and more AO users are from Michigan. Just wondering how many of you are from MI and what city are you in. I live in Newagyo.

Newagyo doesn't come up as a city on yahoo. So I can't tell you if you're close to anyone else. I'm in waterford (next to pontiac).

Waterford I think your maybe 2 hours away at max. M-98 your pretty close to like 45 minutes away from my house and Psycho maybe 3 hours away

ok well I tried to get the ahold of a few of the guys I normally hang out with (tater, data, syn, funkmunky) and ain't nobody repling to PMs.
Is anybody else interested in playing on saturday. I'm thinking I might try out some of the new places opening up in the area. So please post suggestions and any interest in playing.

I just went to Atomix today. It was the first time I have went there. I am going to go play when I get my new gun sometime next week. I didn't know there is a new field at Summit Place... I knew there was a store, as crappy as it is. Hopefully the fields are better and the people too. I went there before when I got my first mag and they were bashing mags so bad. Definetly an Autococker oriented store.

I live in Plymouth!!! But, I used to live in Detroit, so that makes me almost as cool as Syn...

oh, and that new field at Summit Place? The "Extreme Sports Megaplex"? James (owner) and Eddie (Manager) can suck on my dirty arsehole, for all I care. They are the biggest polesmokers I have EVER met, and don't care about the sport of paintball at ALL. The amount of "my junk's bigger than your junk"-style male -posturing that occurred when I went to check the place out was overwhelming. And here's a direct quote from Eddie:

(Funk): So, ya ever been to Futureball, or Atomix, to check the fields out?
(Eddie): I don't need to go to any other place. My place is the best, and (here it is) I know everything there is to know about the paintball industry...

and, like PFAutomag said... complete Mag haters. I whipped the FunkMaggy out, showed off it's lightness, nice trigger pull, and the ultimate power of the level 10'd X-valvey loveness, and they were all like, "yeah, whatever, it's still a P.O.S. 'Mag, and I'll never shoot one..."

Of course, they WERE competing in the Novice division at the Chicago tourney this past weekend. Hope they were paying attention. Heh heh
