well, enough of this jibberjabber about when people can go or not. post in the poll the best day for you. if you can go on more than one day, click more than one box. i figure we can just go by the day with the most responses. i was thinking about playing at scp, i had two awesome experiences there the last two fridays. lets make this thing happen guys!!!

I voted for July the 20th, which is friday... How much will it cost to go there by the way? I've never been to SCP but I hear its a nice field.

Ok as far as the venues for play gonna be, which one? I figure let the poll on what day to play run for about 2 weeks BEFORE game day? Then we'll do a poll for the field to rock on. I guessing its between SCP and WAP? ive never been to either one, in any case im gonna try to bring some non AO er friends with me. I think it would be pretty cool to if we could do some tailgate action and bust out some BBQ, if the fields allow it.

BTW I was wondering if yall are up for an after-game brew action at a pub or something. If not maybe some dinner at decent place or both. Any yall know any cool bars or hangout joints near the field were gonna attend?

im definately up for scp, although wap would be cool too. and as for a little afterparty, i think we would be better off choosing a venue friendly to us nondrinkers. anyone know some tasty cheap restaurants in san jose? oh screw it, were going to that chucky cheese right off 101.

ZAust, im up for any kinda food/hangout after the game. The whole bar thing was just a random suggestion. In anycase a place thats conducive for kickin' back and chatting. Im assuming there will be some AOer's not of drinking age as well.

Oh yeah whats the scoop on SCP one last time?

1)Is it BYOP? what kinda paint do they sell?

2) About how many walk-ons attend the given day we are playing?(Sat or Sun)

3)Whats the FPS, i might hafta retune the LX, or get new springs.

4) Are there cute chicks that play/visit there? Important

5) Should we? or can we setup our own tailgate/BBQ rig?

6) Assuming SCP is the venue, what class should us AO ers file ourselves under. Beginer, expert, novice?

1. BYOP is still in effect there (Rumors are that SCP will become a Field Only Paint Venue), I believe they sell Severe as a housebrand as well as EVIL for 70 a case.
2. Sundays are about 150-200 players deep. Saturdays are about 100-150.
3. Beginners chrono around 220-230fps. Intermediate and Advanced are stuck at 275fps.
4. Don't see too many -thought you were coming out to play not look at girls...mostly underage or there with their man/woman.
5. If you so desire, but clear it with the manager beforehand as it's a pain to set up only to be not allowed to cook.
6. SCP has Beginner -1st Timers, Intermediate -Recballers, Advanced -Wipers. Pick your poison.

Hey guys, I just got directed to your little plans for a Bay Area game.

Not to try and take over your idea ZAust but you can check out my thread <a href="http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=88813">here</a>. If any of you played the Jailbreak place in Monterey, this place is much better staffed and priced. Ill leave it at that.

Where is the place you guys are looking at again? I am down for any of the dates.

We need a big showing because it's unfair for the people who take the day off and only 5 people show up. If we can't get enough people for July, then let's push this thing to August for the scenario Prison game.
