I talked to him about it before, he was using land that belonged toa friend and had already dug drainage and retention ponds to control flooding, did grading, etc... Sounded like he had quite a bit of work done. Maybe the deal fell threw with his friend? Eitehr way, it does not seem that it will come to be.Comment
