AO day in VA

Hello i am wondering if I should start to organize an AO day in VA. It will probably be at splat Brothers cause its the most centraly located. I was going to talk to the owner or someone and try to work out a deal and a day. all I need from you guys is a list of people that would be there, and if you want it for the early fall or late summer . I need to know cause I cant organize this and have no one show up. Ill keep you posted. If you will go no matter what day than just post I will and ill work around those peoples sceduals. Thanks.

Honestly, what is REALLY most central? The field thats accross the street from Kings Dominion, BCBG's field i think, would probably be MOST central of Va. Its right off of I-95. But Va makes that dog leg to the east leaving the roanoke areas on the short end.
I know theres a rack of No. Va guys up north, including myself. Someone bust out a map.

Yeah but BCBG isnt the ideal place for it. besides splat brothers has 3 air ball fields. I still need a sugessted date and stuf.

when ever is pretty much good for me. We all know that BCBG is probably the most centrally located, but all of us that have been there know that it is not an ideal location due to the low field quality. So the next best choice i personally think would in fact be splatbrothers in hopewell.

It is not that long of a haul for the easterners to come up 64-rt460 to rt10, and the northern guys can come down 95-295 to rt 10. I know it is a bit of a haul for yall northerners, but centrally speaking it would be the best location.

Its only one day! Not like you are gonna be making the trip every weekend or anything. I too think the Splatbrothers field is ideal for this type of thing. Large staging area. Plenty of Parking if we get enought people it can be catered. Chizle if you want get with me, and maybe we can work together and see if we can get this thing to pan out. And i think early fall would be a nice time... nice and cool, nice foliage.
