    *IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT* NJ AOD 3: Location Changed

    We have changed the location of the New Jersey AO Day III to Knights Breed Paintball in West Milford, NJ. We feel that this location can better accommodate the number of people we are expecting. They have more fields and cabins which can be rented out for our out-of-town guests.

    Knights Breed & Camp Ocawasin provide cabin rentals and camping sites.

    Each cabin has electric, heat, satellite TV and high speed internet access. Standard Cabins sleep up to eight in four bunk beds. Several cabins are configured for couples and families and have queen and twin beds along with a sofa and easy chairs.

    Prices:

    Entry is still only $15 for pre-registered players and $25 for non pre-registered players to play all day. Paint is still sponsored by Serve Paintball, starting at $45 a case. The mini 3-man tournament will be only $20 per team.

    Food and Drinks:

    The Bar-B-Q will still be sponsored by Team Black Cell. Cheese / Hamburgers, Hotdogs and whatever other type of meat people would like to bring. Drinks will be available at cost. Donations are appreciated.


    We are trying to plan an after party at the lodge at the field. Cost for this party would probably be around $15/$20 per person. The food and drinks will be catered and of course, ALCOHOL! (for those of age) =]

      Hey how far is this place from Red Bank, NJ? I am supposed to be in town that weekend with work ... and if its close enough I may have to bring my gear and drop by.

                  For those who have reservations at the Sussex Motel, you arn't SOL if you don't want to change.

                  The Sussex Motel is about 30-40 min from the field, so while not being very close anymore, it is not that far from the field either.

                  However, closer accomadations can be found. As Jeff posted, Knightbreed is attached to a campground that has cabins. $200 a night, but they sleep eight, and even have high speed internet access.

                  Work quickly, grasshoppers, for time is fleeting :)

                      i talked to the campground guy....individual nights are $35 to stay in the cabins...since your gonna be with all AOers thats not a bad price. its $200 for a 8 person cabin all to yourself. i also talked to mel from PBX...he said we should all forget the hotel and stay in the cabins. he said hes working on a last minute price deal with them that will make the cabins a sweet deal...i dont want to say the price he said in case its diffrent....but its alot less than $35 each.

                      plus we will all be together and it will make for one heck of a party..bonfire and all.

                      cancel those hotel reservations and just show up at the campgrounds...its all gonna work out and be great. the guy at the campgrounds said you can check in as late as 11pm...just show up and all we be cool.

                          Just perfect.. Thunderstorms in West Milford ALL WEEK!!! That includes this saturday. GG

                          I was wondering if would be still be on or will it be moved cause of thunderstorms??

                              It will be at KNIGHTBREED rain or shine.
                              As for the weather they are calling for scattered rain in the afternoon. Lets hope it doesn't come till nite
