Weekend of thanksgiving alot of people wouldn't be able to make it due to family and stuff..

we could sleep at the field, and then pay the refs to show up early so we can really play all day. i was actually thinking that labor day weekend might be a good time to do it, but its probably too late for that.

Central Coast

I used to live in Santa Maria for the longest time, it's actually the boarder town between North & South California at the SLO/Santa Barbara County line.. ok but enough for geography..

There are no fields arround here anymore, and when they did have them, it was mostly rec/woods that I recall.

What about Bakersfield? It's still central, though it is inland which means heat+dirt [grin]

Dar har har.. I look through the whole site except the big bold red print at the front of the page saying "we are temporarily closed" heh.

I don't really have any more suggestions. But I'm here in the middle atm. I can go either way.

Ok I give a big NO on Urban Quest. The speedball fields if you can call them that are not that great.

CPP California Paintball Park isn't that bad thought there are only 2 speedball fields. One is out of big *** tires. I usually practice there if not at SC Village. But the fields are not that spectacular.

Besides SC Village there really are not that great speedball fields. Hollywood Sports has great speedball and rec fields but you have to buy their expensive *** paint.

Well I am not giving up on this but it is really starting to liike like there are no fields in the middles of California that both NorCal and SoCal guys get reach in about the same time. If nothing turns up after another few weeks perhpas a take turns deal is in order? a Northern-tip-of-SoCal day where we all drive down and then viceversa? I'll keep looking around

I like this idea. Except if you guys come down to SoCal we'd have to make it at SC for the fact they do have some great arena fields. Either way though It'll be fun.
