Well, I need to compose my thoughts too. I must say, though, that the crew at SCP keeps going from strength to strength. I believe there were games running continually the whole day, except for lunch. I mean, there was no "take a 15 minute break" calls or anything. You just stepped out if you needed to refill, then joined again at the next game. It was amazing, and made me feel like I was getting my monies worth.
And, of course, the SFL rocked hard! That milling is sublime.Last edited by Steelrat; 11-01-2003, 10:38 PM. -

While you all compose your thoughts:
LPB and I checked out the Crossfire field and the new Extreme store in Modesto.
The Crossfire field is not an option for our group, period. The fields suck and the reffing is terrible. We watched a group take their masks off to look in the grass for a lost pin from a cocker while another guy from the group was shooting balls at an air bunker. The ref was too busy chatting up some girl at the fence to pay attention.
The new Extreme store in Modesto was cool. Rich Telford is a really nice guy, and the store had all the latest stuff. Even a Dye Matrix DM4. The only reason they had it is that he played with it at the world cup and got to bring it home.
Anyway, you have now had time to post and we expect good things.

We saw a DM4 in use at SCP today, believe it or not. Let me state that I was underwhelmed. The Viking was shooting so fast today there was no gun at that place that could beat it.
We sure missed you and Connor out there. We have to make sure that you make it to the next one

Something went horribly wrong with those pictures. The labels are randomly applied to the wrong picture.
Is there a place I can see all the pics?Comment

Today was a fun day. It's always a pleasure hanging out with members of AO NorCal!! The 5 of us alone brought a serious arsenal of bad ***, top of the line, paintball guns to the field!! We took a picture of all the markers we brought, but still missing from that picture was Steel's FreeFlow Ebalde and Blennidae's red/chrome ULT minimag, and blue/black autococker, that they had in their cars.
I'm tired, beat up, and need to get some sleep for my tee time in the morning. I'll share some thoughts on the day when i can think......Comment

I'd like to thank Ryan for taking the time to pick up the paint. The Draxxus inferno was pretty good.
I have to agree the Viking was speed king. I was not happy being on the recieving end of that one. I didn't mind going head to head with his new Eblade, but that Viking had my head down. I'm sure once he gets used to the Eblade's trigger, I'll have to be sure to stay on his team.
Mike was nice enough to let me play a few games with his new Ebladed black magic. I am a huge AGD fan, but it was so sweet, I might have to pick up one for my dark cocker.
Ryan offered to let me try the Viking, but I was having a blast with the Eblade. Next time for sure.
It was good to see Chris has a new Emag. Not as flashy as Chimaera, but we can't all be like Zach.
For the most part I had a great day. It went slightly downhill when I started to use some of Mikes old Premium. I managed to chop/barrel break it in both my L10 Emag and his Eyed cocker. Oh well.

Ok, Zak, if you can't walk that SFL, either you have crippled fingers or you have to adjust the trigger. I mean even I can walk our emag, you sjould be able to too.
