will- how late are you planning on staying friday night? i know myself and the other norcal doods would be glad to help out setting up, but we may arrive a bit late. i would also be glad to sit a few and ref. the way my financial situation is going right now, ill need to save some paint!

The Air Force sent me out to Lawrence Livermore Labs for an orientation and a briefing by the the commnading general at the labs. While there I learned that if a 1 star general asks if he answered your question, whether he did or did not, just smile and say yes sir. A very cool place!

Hey im new to these forums but i know prox9 so i knew about this meet. My question is can any norcal people give me ride to the meet from san mateo.

Norcal guys - how about we swap cell #'s so we can hook up on Friday. Mine is 209-993-3146. Connor & I should be leaving Manteca around noon, probably taking the pass over to Gilroy and south on 101 from there. Anyone want to hook up to carpool,caravan, let me know. Our usual Norcal crew has first dibs. Unless someone from out of state needs a ride from Livermore Labs....

We will also be changing reservations to the Hanford, hopefully. Should be in the area around 4-5PM. We can help set up or whatever, then maybe we hook up for some dinner. Maybe Z-man can find us a Chevy's - Har Har.

I think I will post a list of items we are bringing to swap/sell also, probably starting a new thread tonight in this forum to keep things simple.

Anyone that needs loaner gear get a word in now so we can get things organized and bring the right stuff.

Also had a thought that a names-and-faces thread might be helpful - posting our pics and screen/real names, whatever we will go by. Any interest?

My plan of action:

<b>Friday the 16th-</b> I leave from Montery (entering the 101 at Salinas) probably around 1-2pm.

Currently I think that Steelrat and Carbon and a friend of mine will be caravaning down. When I drove down there last week it took me around 1.5 hours. I want to arrive around 3pm so that I can help setup the airball and patch the speedball.

Perhpas we can meet for lunch in Monterey or Salinas as a rally point?

As the date approaches we will all know more but that is where things stand.

Blennidae and I will be leaving San Jose around 1:30pm on Friday. I assume we could leave earlier to help out at the field....i'd have to check w/ Rick first.

K guys. I'm setting up my budget and was wondering how much rooms are costing people. This is the one area that I'm missing info on. If anyone can tell me how much rooms cost at the Hampton and Rancho that would help me a lot. Thanx guys.
