AO Girls?

welcome to AO, once upon a time i used to be a kinda hardcore baller but at the moment i'm retired from playing. there are ALOT more women posting on AO then when i started visiting the site a couple of years ago. back then i think i was one of two or three females now its grown to double digits!

i think there is another girl on here called some kind of "pixie" , sarah army's daughter, is RPK a girl? (can't remember at the moment),and of course TooDamnSweet who has a huge thread devoted to her. there are few female significant others that the guys got to visit the site but they aren't really regulars. i know i'm leaving out more females but those are the only specific ones that come to mind right now.

I believe it's littlesnowpixie. There's also DJBea who's going to be at the PaintballExpo next month here in SoCal and TooDamnSweet.

So that's a barely a handfull of us on AO - I'm curious as to how the girls-on-the-field demographics work out across the country. For instance, I see very few girls playing at the fields I've been to in NY, NJ, CT, PA, however when I took my son to his first game at the field near his house (he just turned a legal 10 - yay! - lives with his dad in Illinois) there was a fairly strong female presence.

I live in SC. I began playing in Nov. at the AO SE meet. There I met several girls (Trina, April and Claire) but the guys out numbered us. I currently play at a field in NC when i visit Enigma (the boyfriend). I usually play woodsball. I haven't gotten the nerve up yet to play airball (I have a phoeba about being watched). But I'm working on that...LOL. I'm really new to the paintball world but plan on becoming a big time player.

TRINA!!!!!! We are still looking if we can attend TX Ball, it also depend on Wesley's work schedule. I am so glad that Doobie is coming home. If we don't meet up before AO SE 3, we'll meet then. I'll be there, it may take all I've got but I'll be there But I've got to get way better than I am now...lol
