NYAO 2nd edition thread

Ok Tentative date for NYAO day is the weekend of march 26-28. place is up for discussion and i would require a number of amount of people going to the event. pricing and hotel information will be given after we have a set date. OR we can lodge everyone in NYC then get the people that are goin from local places to pick people up or have some sort of bus drive us out there to the feild. But first i will need how many people can go.
