I like the black and whatever color rhe shirt is going to be. The one color is also alot cheaper to do than multicolor, so there would be a substantial price jump for color.

I have to agree. Zero's design really lends itself to a one-color printing and that makes it a great deal cheaper. I would lean towards a lighter-colored print on a dark shirt, such as olive.

Don't worry Deac, there will be some color. It's not going to be black and white. At least, it better not be.

I can do 32 differnt colors of shirts, with any color of ink. Light colored shirts are $5, Dark colored shirts will be $6 through size XL. 2XL+ cost a little more due to purchase price.

          Design..

I designed it for one color. My thoughts were black Tshirts with white ink. The graphics seem to stand out better. I geared the whole design towards being screen printed so it shouldn't be a problem making it look nice.

White on black sounds fine to me.

I have been sending e-mails and posting on MT forums to see how many more people I can find. I am also getting ready to buy a suburban for this trip. SAS, you might have a ride
I hope to get a good showing from the Big Sky State.

I hope you get a good following too! John Barnick from Helena is thinking of coming and trying out his RT... if you get a chance, get someone to bug him.

                Question:
Do you want me to check out hotel rates for everyone and try to get a group deal, or can we all agree to camp?

                  Either...

Either is fine with me. I would rather camp though. It's cheaper and gives ya more of that medieval feel. I've got alot of camping gear since I do have a family of six. Let me know what everyone is gonna do. In the end I'd like to be where everyone else is gonna be. Pool side or stream side...either way.

                    Hotels

If you would get a list of hotels that would be great. Then people can see what there is.

                        I.D. Cards

Here is an ides: How about AO id cards?
I am not sure if someone has already made some of these up already but they would be a great way for us to see who is from AO during this meet.
What we could do is come out with a basic layout and all the end user would have to do is add their state name and may be a spot for a picture.
The ideal way would be to creat a basic layout and save it to where a person could open it in photoshop, fireworks or any other graphics program and enter their own information and picture.
then get them laminated. Just a thought.....

Thanks for putting together the list of the hotels. If there is still enough interest, I'll call and see if we want to reserve a block of rooms for a discount. However, I'm completely with Zero on this one. Camping is fun and cheap. I don't need anymore convincing.

ID cards would be cool. However, I don't know if eveyone would have the capabilities to get them completed and laminated. If someone doesn't spearhead the project and ensure everyone will have a card, it will probably just be a select few who have the time and resources to produce them.

                            More thoughts...

Also keep in mind...that the price of a hotel room will buy you another or A case of paint.

I like sitting around at night in a comfortable camp chair by the light of a coleman, swating mosquito's and talking about paintball. Add in some BBQ and you can't beat it.

                            My vote is for camping

I can design the badges and if everyone gets me numbers and a little dough I can probably get them printed and laminated. It's just the time and supplies to do it. If the interest is there...we can do it.

Anthony has never had a problem with people spending the night before the scenario game at feild, but he might object to us spending the night AFTER the game there...

We are also in the middle of a drought the last few years in CO too... and I know it sure as hell isn't as much fun to sit around a coleman lantern then a fire... and there were massive fire bans due to the drought...
