AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Alright fellas, sorry about the delay. Classes were hell this week.
I just got off the phone with a very pleasant lady from 303. Here's the fees:
$15 - Field-fee and All-day air
$60 - Case of (probably) Blaze
If we get 40 or above people, she said she'd drop the field/air fee to $10. Also, if we have enough people, we would have the entire place to ourselves. However, if we are low on numbers, we'll only be using one field.
It doesn't look like much of a break over Greeley. My vote remains that we stick with one location.
I don't mind not getting a break ot APP to play the scenario game, unless we can guarantee a big enough group, Anthony has no reason to give us any discount. Besides, I had enough fun there last time that I would be happy to pay full price to do it again.
Very true, it'd be different if paint was $30 a case at 303 like elpimpo was saying, but at that price, nope. I'm all for staying up at app. I emailed anthony to see if he has an idea of what indoor prices will be though.
hey all, i just found this thread by somebodies link... i played with koosh, boggerman, dawump, and some other guys at the LOR greely game last summer, and i would love to get out again. seems there has been a discussion of 303paintball and APP, 303 is currently my favorite place to go since their prices are more reasonable than anywhere else and the guys that work there are cool. last week they were currently planning on taking one of their speedball fields and converting it to a more "woodsy" feel as they put it. I'm up for whatever though, so put me on the list if there is one!
Glad you stumbled across this thread! No decision has been formally reached on location, although I think the momentum is definetly in the direction of APP again.
Where in Denver are you located? PPC (CPC) is putting together a day of paint next weekend at APC. If you have the chance, you should drop by!
Gimme some dates and I'll try and make it. I'm pretty sure I'll be the only Nebraskan there but hey at least were represented. I'd like to see it happen at one of APP's scenarios. Get together the night before, enjoy some food, and B.S for a few hours. Then the next day kick some major a$$.
As for tshirts I'd be willing to design them for free. I can get a place to print them local pretty cheap. Single color designs. If people put there money up first.
