Waivers can be download from www.paintball-apl.com under the downloadable forms section.

If you are between the ages of 10 and 17, you will need to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver for you. Make sure on the bottom of the form that your parent signs AND PRINTS his/her name.

Someone from PBX, is this what I need? I'm sorry to be a pain in the neck, but I can't find documentation of these forms anywhere. (btw, you might want to put up the waiver on your site to help other under 17 people...)

heh, I may be a pain, but I'm not stupid, I got that. My question is if that is the particular one that PBX uses or if its a generic one. I only ask because I don't want to drive 2 hours and find out that my parents signed the wrong form.

Sorry, your thread said you couldn't find them anywhere but yes, this is the form we will be using.

well i was gonna bring a group on sunday.. but looking at the schedule i think this wont be possible b/c the morning is team session and im bringing a bunch of newb. also what are the prices with mag rentals... i need to know all this ASAP so i can tell the guest that will be joining me....Mel, Nick someone please get back to me as soon as possible. thanks i was suppose to get this on tuesday but i guess i didnt. thanks again

Well I DO know ONE Fine Asian woman affiliated with PBX... Are you saying that there are now TWO Fine Asian women affiliated with PBX now? That would be so cool. Its great to see women posting around here...I am gonna bring my wife around for you guys to meet an a couple of weeks when things settle down a bit.
