*Offical* AO-IL Meet Version 5.0

Hey guys, wow, you can't actually believe it, an offical AO-IL meet? We hope to have over 5 guys at this one I mean the home state of AGD and we have hardely had a good meet besides the CCP one. Here are the rough details so far, Suicial Snyper and Myself are going to organize it, we could use help from anyone that will step up. I also need someone to make a sig image once the time comes. I would but my photoshop skills...suck.

Date: June 5th

Location: The Badlandz

Price: 25 per person

Paint: BYOP, 50 for bigball

Directions

We will be setting up some kind of tent and we will make a big AO sign to know where we are. Hopefully, badlandz will let us play our own games if we have enough people there. It would be really awesome if someone could bring a grill and we could cook some hotdogs or burgers.

$25 Admission - includes free air (N2 and Co2 - 3000 and 4500psi fills)
Field Times - Gates open at 8AM and close at 6PM (Games usualy end at 4 or 5)

Food:
They sell hotdogs, drinks, and snacks

They have a small store there (Loaders, harnesses, and other random junk)

I'm trying to figure out the fees, though. Their rates are confusing as hell! Any chance you can break them down for me?

Ok here it is, this is what Snyper and I have got out of fox's site and their rates. For BYOP, its a flat rate of 480, whether you have 12 people or 100, they require a 180 dollar deposit, for byop. So at 25 per person, we need 9 people about to meet that rate. We need 19 people overall about to meet the final cost of 480 dollars. I just made the cost at 25 because I found that to be a fair price. I'm not going to profit at all from this event, all money will go back into the event somehow. Probably through a raffle at the end of the event that all participants get entered into.

i think plan b, if we don't get enough players, would just be open play. all of us own the open groups

but heres what i gather from the website... since its a saturday we could all just do open play. that way everyone can join in even the non AO'ers and it would simplify everything i mean on open play its this easy

or you can do the group thing where its just the AOers and have all that wacky prepaid stuff
