SoCal get together 4/17

Well, I really wanted to play that weekend. Is there anywhere else you guys would like to play? How bout Mr. Paintball? Or Camp Pendelton.

BTW, don't rag on me if either of these places suck. I haven't been to any fields since I moved out here eight months ago. I know all the good places in Phoenix, though.

I wouldn't mind Jungle Island in Lake Elsinoire but they are way too limited as far as speedball/Hyperball goes. Tombstone stinks and I'm not vowing to not go there unless I have too, and HSP is way too pricey. Any other suggestions as I'm itching to play as well.

Well I can't stand Camp Pendleton and Mr Paintball has a scenario game all that weekend (that's where I've shoved my husband off to). I'm personally a regular of Velocity so if we can't go to SC that's where I'll be. On a side note the airball field will done sometime next month, I'm so itching to see how it goes! Lisa Harvey was playing there today and you should have seen all the little ref boys swooning, it was hilarious.

Velocity sounds good. It's fairly close, since I'm in Mira Mesa.

Can you BYOP, or do they require field paint? I assume they fill HPA?

Well Velocity is out for me. I live out close to Los Angeles. Only way I'd go to Velocity is if Flyboy let's me crash at his place again (I'd bring a case of Sammy)

This tournament is really going on my friend told me. It's going to be way crowded. It's better if you push the date back to a Sunday if possible, so I can schedule the day off. The 17th was a bad day for me since I am going to be at work.

Hey guys, I know this may be kinda late. California Paintball Park will be having a half day $12 admission for EASTER SUNDAY 4/11. I'll be there with my Warped Minimag. Maybe you'll want to play too.

why not try the redlands field out? i recommend it, although it's still very new. i'd be willing to bet that it's the same size, if not bigger, than the SLO day a little while ago.

$25 for admission and all day air. they told me the last time i was there (about a month ago) that they would have 4500 fills there within a week. so i'm guessing they have the capabilities.

That's a bit farther than I want to go. I think the newbie and I will stick with Velocity this time.

I was thinking about this. It actually is about the same distance for me as SC. Anyone interested in giving those new fields a try? I know I am. This is the one off of the I-10 in Redlands/Highland correct? Maybe we could do SC again in a week or 2. Although soon it's gonna start getting too hot.

well, for those interested, i have some directions:

somehow get onto the I-10 eastbound
merge onto CA-30 northbound
exit san bernardino ave. offramp loop
turn left from offramp(still on san bernardino ave.)
turn left on orange st.
follow until you see the redlands trap and skeet club sign, then make a left.
follow the dirt road to the end.
